We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days.

 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Pre-order items

All VANTIX products are made to order.

Returns are accepted, but please note that production times still apply and refunds are processed after delivery.
